I highly recommend this product!!!I was very excited to make and use it for my allergies. When I made it I ran out of water so I emailed Monica. She got back to me right away and gave me suggestions. I followed her suggestions and it worked. One teaspoon a day makes a whole lot of difference!!! Just make sure you use a lid on your pot so it does not evaporate too quickly!
