For normal skin, use only once weekly; for oily skin this mask can be used twice weekly. 

Directions:  Apply a layer of mud to any area of your body ... leave on for 15 - 20 minutes or when it becomes dry.  Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Redness may occur but that is normal...if any irritation occures do not cease from using mud.  Apply for 5 - 10 minutes and work yourself to the 20 minute mark.

 Disclairmer..this mud is 100% natural but everyone's skin is different.  A patch test is suggested for the area that you will be using this on.  Avoid contact with eyes, flush with water for 5 minutes if you accidently get it into eyes accidently.
